Refund policy
All sales are considered final once an order has been placed. Contact us right away if you need to update a shipping address; we will do our best to help before an order has shipped.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
We pride ourselves on quality control and packing each order with care. Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if, despite our best efforts, the game you receive is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and with its original packaging and components, including box and cards. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us and explain the issue. If your return is accepted, we’ll notify you accordingly and send you a return shipping label. Please note that returns will need to be sent via USPS to Ready Player N, LLC, PO Box 1640, Herndon, VA 20172. Items sent back to us before a return request is made and acceptance and a shipping label have bee granted will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Issuance
If approved for a refund, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please reach out to us , and we'll do our best to assist.
